2 / 6-8 oz. Salmon Fillets (Skinless is best)
8 oz. Hummus
2 oz. Vinagrette
Pre-prepare 2 plates. Spread a medium bed of hummus in the middle of each plate.
Clean 1 tomato. Peel 1 cucumber. Slice into triangles.
Sprinkle equal amounts of tomato and cucumber in a circle around the outskirts
of the hummus bed. Then leave the plates in the fridge for a bit.
Sear the salmon fillets on a high heat with any seasonings you prefer.
Place the salmon fillets on top of the bed of hummus and serve:)
